Melendez Auto Services & Tires

This tire shop is the worst. They treated me like trash. They told me one price over the phone, but when I got there, it was a different, higher price! The owner was very aggressive, throwing tools at me and saying this is his shop and he could do whatever he wanted. 0 🌟 I definitely don't recommend this shop! Avoid it!

Terrible service. I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I went to the tire shop because one of my tires was losing air. I explained that I wanted to find out what the problem was. The employee simply removed the wheel, took a quick look, and said only: “no sirve” (in Spanish), without explaining what he had found. I asked what was wrong with the tire, and he made no effort to explain. Only after I insisted did I understand that he meant the tire needed to be replaced. He could have said that from the beginning. He then informed me that he did not have a tire in my size. Even without providing a proper diagnosis, without trying to find the leak, and without offering any solution, he charged me $10 just for removing and putting the wheel back on. He didn’t even add air to the tire on his own. I had to ask him to do it, since that was the reason I went there in the first place. Even so, the tire left with insufficient pressure, and the car’s sensor is still showing low air. My impression was that, because I am a woman driving a Tesla, they thought they could take advantage of the situation. The service was completely uninterested, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I do not recom

Excellent service!! Earlier this evening, I suddenly got a flat rear tire thanks to a nail or screw puncturing it. I checked online for a tire shop that was still open in the evening. Luckily for me Melendez was nearby. I drove slowly and carefully to their shop and they popped on a nice used tire in like 5 minutes, all for only $51!! Would totally recommend!!

Found out I had a nail in my tire and most tire places were closing since I got out of work late. Thankfully I found Melendez Auto Services and Tires that is open 24 hours. They were very helpful and attentive despite being busy. The gentleman that took care of the tire was very nice and took care of the problem fast. So thankful for their help and it was a good price too.

I was there today to fix a tire. Customer service is terrible. They won't even say hello, thank you, etc., even if you greet them first. Never seen anything like that. They will meet you with an attitude as if you are trying to hurt them. They did fix the tire, but did not return the air valve cap to its place. I had to drive back when I noticed that. And of course did not say sorry. Never be back to that place. Mr Meléndez, please do something about it. You just lost a customer!
